Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes

First, I just wanted to start off with the link that I am going to talk about today. This blog is going to be about a recipe I tried recently, that I was so extremely impressed with. Well, it was yummy, but man was it hard to make. I am going to talk about the Pros and Cons of this recipe.

Pros:

1. YUMMY. Man, were these Cupcakes good. They tasted just like a real cinnamon roll straight out of the oven.

2. Perfect amount of batter. Sometimes when following other people's recipes, they don't always make the perfect amount of batter for the cupcake liners, but this batter amount was perfect for the cupcakes!

3. Timing. They timed the amount of time to keep it in the oven perfectly. The cupcakes were just right taking them out of the oven.

Cons:

1. Too many steps. There were WAY too many steps to this recipe. First, you had to make the Cinnamon Sugar Swirl, and the batter, and the filling... Like I said, too many steps. If someone that doesn't bake all the time saw this recipe, they would be really confused and overwhelmed with the steps.

2. MESSY. What a mess! This recipe created the biggest mess that I have ever created baking anything.

3. Get ready to do some dishes. Man, this recipe called for A LOT of dishes. Each stepped called for a different sized bowl, and there were so many different sized measuring cups that you needed, that you just about near used every single one and then some.

4. Prepare. All I can say is prepare, prepare, prepare for this recipe. It takes a while so allow yourself plenty of time to get it done because since there is so many steps, it will take you longer to get done. If you are in a time crunch, I would say to skip this recipe all together.

Anyways, pros and cons put aside, I think that this was a very good recipe. Even though it makes a mess and gives you lots of dishes, it is very yummy and keeps your taste buds jumping! If you have time and nothing to do feel free to create a yummy cupcake dish!
